How to Use your Camera's Manual Controls

There’s nothing like unpackaging a new digital camera and taking the first few shots of anything you can, such as your dog, your kids, or the stuff you’ve been looking to put up on eBay. Then you realize your shots are coming out blurry, overexposed, or grainy. Although the auto mode on most digital cameras does an okay job, being able to tweak everything from ISO to the shutter speed can mean the difference between a photo you instantly delete and one that you frame.
